Did your kids ever warn their friends who hadn't met you
to just overlook any weird stuff their mom said? I overheard one girl telling my daughter, "I don't think your mother's so weird." I've laughed about that one for 30 years.

My youngest always told me when he grew up that washing his face with my
spat onto tissue or licked finger was disgusting and he had always hated it. I never realized. He was mine...I needed to clean my boy....never thought about it.
