Life Lessons are usually the hardest to endure. Your poem is once again soul-touching and heart-food. I draw my strength from God, from reading poetry like this. It is so raw and yet so vividly, all encompassingly beautiful.

I appreciate the poem. Yes, it can be a lonely business, but we're still posting on Blogit, aren't we - and that's good. I just finished making ribs and cabbage for me and my disabled wife, and Monday my oncologist told me we'd licked the pancreatic cancer I had last year. And then there was your poem. It's shaping up to be a good week.
