Shades
I just read a week or so of your posts and my heart goes out to you - sounds like your battling some inner demons and trying to find your way through a difficult time.

to be satisfied
Desire is like pouring an excellent wine into a decanter with a leak. You can pour and pour and it will never feel as if you are "filled" (fulfilled.) But isn't it better to feel something strongly, than to feel nothing at all?

to be satisfied is an illusion
but to be content oh now that is an entire different story
as eleanor roosevelt so wisely said, live in the now it is very very comforting,
I will drink tonight to a satisfied life :)))

I used to quote Dominque Francon from the Fountainhead...when asked
what it was she was after she said something like "To want nothing, to expect nothing and to need nothing."
