I think it is about the genes, too! It's like those who don't smoke but get lung cancer, it never makes sense! But if your stats are great then smile huge! My body produces too much bad cholesterol and I don't eat anything that would inflame it and still medication! Kudos too you on great genes! sam

In my religion
we say it is done unto you as you believe. So I choose to believe so called junk food is healthy for me

Some bad habits take a long time, to show the affects, on one's appearance.
Jeff,
     I was blessed with many good genes, but the ravages of time and my own bad habits, are just waiting in the bushes, to all strike, at the same time, I fear.

Same also with my friend who ate only banana for breakfast and lunch. Small meal in dinner but he's still obese.

DNA differences or maybe you take some medications or vitamins
that fight the bad stuff without even knowing it.
