She is so excited to be home with her Mommy. I am sure she wondered if
she was abandoned again and now she knows she is really and truly home and Mommy will always be there for her. Hope she doesn't take out the sutures. My cat one time ripped al lhers out all three of them. Good luck to you two ....you are the best thing that can have happened to each other...timing is perfect.

Sounds like
she is doing very well. I've noticed over the years that some animals deal with surgery better than others, just like people. I've had pets who refused to do anything for days after having their toenails trimmed and others who acted as if they were ready for a jog the day after surgery. Giver her room to be herself and all will be good.
