That was a wonderful piece of writing, Kabu and I choked laughing up as I read it to her. We have been discussing giving our 'Mr. Graysome' a bath tonight too. LOL

Outa
All this strikes a number of familiar chords, even though I am not my cat's maid, but my dog's valet and chauffeur...

Nice story
the longest I could ever live with a pet was 3 weeks - and my pets were limited to a couple of bunnies, and a believe it or not - a squirrel!

Haha sounds like my parrot at bathtime!
It seems that no matter how much we tell ourselves that we are in charge and any pets will have to fit in with our lifestyle - we inevitably end up living around their preferences!

We once had a large...
sealpoint Siamese who would not go outside the house but was like a guard dog inside. She was wonderful! Thanks for a great blog! Keep Looking Up! Dan

Great name for a cat. I'm afraid he'd die of neglect if he lived in
my house, wild as he is. I had this one cat for 16 years, she was naturally litter-box trained and may have given her one bath in all that time. She was short-haired, and I called her Miss Kitty.
