Seed Fun

I enjoy messing with growing things.  I save the seeds of fruit and dry them out good and later plant them in a pot.  I have one big pot that has four tiny trees coming up about two inches high--a little lemon tree, an apple tree, a plum tree, and a cherry tree.  Also with them is a yellow onion sprouts about six inches high.  When they get too big for my pot, I'll give it to son to plant on his property.

Re: Good afternoon Sherri

Actually, some folk make crab apple jelly. Well, they use too.

Re: Kabu

Yes I sometimes read the old comments I don't think I could find time to write so much these days. Sleep overtakes.

Good afternoon

This was an enjoyable post to read. Those red crab apples are the worst! When I was a kid, I remember having two trees full of those buggers. I used to have to pick them up off of the ground.

I really enjoyed this story, the way men negotiate friendly but sharp...

Also have seen trees that bear the unlovely fruit.  Sometimes the bargain works, but not always.
