Such romance is wonderful to see. I don't do Valentines day either, I feel that having a day to be romantic on gives tacit permission to be unromantic on all of the others...

Great post. I loved it. It reminds me of when my Mom & Dad used to write each other poems even in their eighties. They were so sweet and cute and witty.

A very romantic poem you have provided us...My parents were never much on Valentine's Day when they were together. Dad would just buy Mom some flowers. He still does that.

again, what a lovely family you are and you ARE one ofthe good guys.
You write of real true love like I didn't believe was possible and the poem, so intimate and written of course for Susan...bless you both bless all your family.
