Oh that has been a rough struggle. imagine how some of our ancestors must
have suffered in previous centuries. At least we have been able toget some help.

My what a battle you've had. It's painful to read of. I, like you, however would not change my 'sex' ~ I have learned to dress lighter and just calm myself down when the flush and rush of hot intrudes ~
(actually mine have decreased and now near to nil)
