I think it is wonderful when children and animals get a brief visit from the snow gods as it were to enjoy a romp! But, the mud, UGH!!! sam

I guess the weatherman screwed up the paper work and the stuff we were supposed to get ended up down your way! At least you and your doggies had some fun! In the meantime, we were dreaming of spring and I was thinking of putting my own and my dog's snow boots away (yep, my Poodle has two pair of 'em, lol), but there's a blizzard out there as I write this - goodbye dreams of spring...

You southerners must have been really bad, to get most all of our snow!
Strat,
I too have been guilty of saying, "Where is global warming, when we really NEED it?" I think it is all Bob Dylan's fault. That crap about "Ya don't need to be a weathaman!" As Will Rogers said, "Everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it."
Let's just keep replacing our weather forecasters, until we find one who will get off his dead ass, and put the immigration cops on those two delinquent hispanic kids L. Nino and La Nina! They cross our borders without so much as a visa or a discover card, and screw with our weather, every coupla years! I know what we should do! Make that brother and sister team US citizens, then place them in charge of running our weather! At least they are capable of DOING SOMETHING about weather! Glad to be of assistance, Buddy.
