Hey there Darson...

You asked about my fifteen minutes workout shedule.  Because of the CP, and also a nerve injury somewhere along the spine, I can only handle fifteen minutes at a time.  I usually try to have at least two workouts a day, but it depends on my energy level.

I can't remember enjoying any piece more than this one.  I loved the philosophy.  How simply you/she stated one wise point-of-view that few live long enough to realize.

I understand what you're saying....but mine's done me more harm than good when it gets over-inflated.

Yep, it can really mess things up, that blasted Ego. I wish I didn't have one...

Salina was a dear lady, I was so grateful for her candid conversation.

abanerjee....thanks to Salina, there was something for me to share. Interesting turn of events that I should be an audience to her that day.

Justi
Thank you, Justi. I came away from my visit with her rather sobered. She's taking it all with a grain of salt, but if that were me...I wouldn't want to have to live with those regrets. Perhaps the mind is kind to her in giving her a touch of the dementia....

Such a lovely even if tragic story. God gave her the voice as a gift, she was his, still she as all of us had the option to choose what she wanted to do with the voice. She used it for the foe of God and I am not sure she will be frolicking in Heaven with the indulgent ex husband. Such a vivid story of how we fool ourselves. You are such a magnificent writer.

It takes great skill to learn from others...The ego brings a different dynamic to this thing we call life.

Sometimes the ego (the self) is worth a sip or two of the wine of life.
If one gives it all away, there's nothing to build on, no point.
