What a homecoming!
And no wonder I have not heard from online friends in that part of the country! I hope in your house it is only an inconvenience, and not a disaster in the fridge... or worse! Here, at least we have a woodstove to keep warm by, and can heat water or even food at need.

Still without power!? After four days? In CT? I'm really sorry to hear that! Sounds as if that storm was more like a hurricane, and I sure hope there was no loss of life...
