To me, this is only about my opinion not an argument for or against anything. I think of rights as needing to be examined carefully. Who is doing the talking? Where is discipline rightful and not... I believe as long as there is no abuse I believe it is right for the rule of parent in all cases. However, when a child is being hurt more than less by the form of discipline it is a totally different issue. When a country is at war rights are out the window. The concept of trial by regular courts and marindizing people this is to be a factor to kill your own people. So what you have written as far as I am concerned is a very big ball of twine which requires a lifetime of righteous life to unwind properly. Good post, very thought provoking.

seems as though you are busy thinking something through
and of course writing is such wonderful therapy and such a great way to think something through to a conclusion.
