when I have one of those days
I stop sit down with 3 bits of brightly coloured paper and on each piece of paper i write something good that has happened to me today. It's amazing how much it improves my mood

I agree with everyone else!
You are not a downer! We all experience those kinds of days from time to time. Today will be so much better!

Tomorrow will be a better day.
I go through those periods where I can just cry at anything insignificant also.

I hope you're feeling better, strongers, sweeter, happier, too.
I think there's something in the air the past couple of days.

I'm so sorry that so much negative happened to you today, especially the argument. Those can be so tough. Here's to hoping tomorrow ends up being a way better day.

You are not a downer darling...ever...you are great fun and we love you
blogit was too bland without your blog. Why do we always blame ourselves? Perhaps the daughter is the hormonal one, or is just grumpy because she has to clean up her house or something. Perhaps the fact that precious son has gone, is making you cry...you just rest up for a bit sweetie...everything will be ok and you don't always have to ask ....how high? when the daughters tell you to jump.
