I'm glad you're better FSI ~ yes, the wind will kick up everything and if you're susceptible or weakened then you are a sure fire target. I hope you don't have any more bouts of this - you need rest in between. Elyse

I hope the recovery continues apace. It's horrible when you think you're better, then feel rough again. But at least you played good golf!

H1N1 seems to come and go. When I had that it was the first time --
that I remember -- that the flu seemed to come and go for more than a week -- more like 2 weeks. I'm not saying you have H1N1 because you weren't talking about nasal catarrh. Also our ages are very different and H1N1 is more virulent in younger folks because they weren't alive when it came 'round in the past and because young folks have much stronger immune reactions that does a lot of damage....

Re: FSI, I gather we're not getting that new caewash?
Yes, you are correct. I'll be doing a blog in more detail about that within the next few weeks...BTW, the business related stress is not the result of that.

I believe that stress plays a BIG factor in our health
and some really bad news can affect our well being very quickly.

J Your strategy works for a sinus infection like mine plus Coldeeze sugar free (for me) honey lemon. Unfortunately yours needs more rest. Be careful. In fact rest because yours can go into pneumonia. If you believe in them you might need an antibiotic from your doctor. BC–A, Bill’s RJLst

Sometimes we feel better but really aren't. So, we get up and go full force only to find that we were not comletely over whatever it is. Take it easy!!
