I'll certainly keep it in mind the next time I'm in Boston. And he's definitely right about that balsamic vinegar - a friend of mine brought me some from Italy a few years back, from a place close to Modena, and it was amazing! But of course I too have gone back to the stuff you get at the supermarket...
