Lord Jesus, Son of our Father, I ask you to heal Gretel according to Your will. I pray that you will lay your hands of compassion, Love, Understanding, Grace, and healing upon her body that Your light may enter her soul.
Comfort her in her pain, Jesus.
I ask these mercies in your Holy name,
Amen.

ALL BLOGIT FRIENDS
THANK YOU for your prayers for this sweet lady. I want to write about the experience that I had with her, and why she became so dear to me...she practically told me her entire life story in one evening, and shared some really personal, sacred things with me. I was honored to have been there. She is in ICU still, as far as I know. I am going to call work today and request even more strongly than I did before that they keep me posted...perhaps they'll tell me what hospital she's in so that I can pay her a visit. Your prayers are dearly appreciated. She was in a lot of pain, but it wasn't all physical. I'm not sure how this is going to go...but if she passes, she may be headed for some peace that she hasn't had for some time, according to her story. If she doesn't, I'm keeping her as my sweet little friend and will keep in touch. I just have to accept God's will either way; but it will be hard if she doesn't make it. Thank you, as always, for your support. You Blogit people are the BEST.

Darson, you are really so kindhearted, like you say you befriend them, care for them, and fret for them. Your humanitarian touch is so overwhelmingly powerful that how can anyone not pray for Gretel. I join in the collective prayer until such time that I do not hear from you that she is perfectly all right.

Prayer for Gretel
You got it, day and night. Same as what others did for me when I "walked through the valley. . ."

And will send good vibes along on your behalf, too,
to help you deal with the anxiety and stress of Gretel's illness.
