Fantastic pictures, as always! And clams in miso soup? I gotta try that, I make miso soup fairly often. It's so quick and simple, and is really quite delicious and also healthy...And in case you're wondering why I'm so much into Japanese food (because I eat other Japanese dishes as well), years ago I spent six months on Japanese squid (ika) jiggers...Maybe one of these days I'll write about that, when I find the time...
