Re: well I hope M. never actually has to use the contraption but why when you
Kabuski,
The Sagehaven (#2) whose walls, hallways, aisles, and so forth, are too narrow and crowded for Marilyn's wheelchair, are in her mobile home, where we have been allegedly living, while she keeps trying to cram still more stuff inside it. When or if, we (both) move over to MY house, I will not allow her to fill it floor to ceiling, as she has done with hers.
Right now, I am slaving away at trying to prepare Sagehaven #1 for a moving-in celebration of epic proportions, one that I hope will make all my coworkers envious, that we will be living so comfortably, in such a nice, serene, naturally peaceful, little piece of rural, private property. Cutting both lawns, (at least three acres, total) weekly, (and weakly) is taking up every bit of my spare time right now, and I will be so glad when the grass slows down it's growth, to only needing a haircut about every OTHER week.
If things go as sorta planned, sometime between Memorial Day and July Fourth, I will just admit that it will NEVER be done enough for my satisfaction, so I might as well just declare it to be done ENOUGH, and let the party begin.

well I hope M. never actually has to use the contraption but why when you
were renovating Sage-Haven didn't you think about the chair and open it up wider...I know that is a silly women's logical way of avoiding a big problem...I do apologize for such sense.
