(I hope you prefer this possible nickname, to "Hells, Hell-Raiser, Yellin' Helen, Smellin' Helen, Swellin' Helen, or other even less-classy nicknames") With your permission, of course.
That sounds sputtering, stop & go, behavior that you experienced, is exactly like the way my own computer acted, when I first tried playing this vid. After it had loaded, downloaded, or uploaded, and played, intermittantly stopping and starting, (whatever one would call it) there were no more problems running it again. If you are still brave, you will give it another try. If we both just got virused, there is nothing we can do about it, so we might as well view it, as we were meant to see it. This is actually worth a bit of extra bother, this world of 60+ years ago, no longer exists.
Also, at the bottom, this claims to be free of virus'. If you can't believe what you read on the internet,..............well, what CAN you .........

It sort of worked and then stopped and then my computer froze
and nothing would move and I couldn't go back or forward and nothing worked and nothing that I did helped and it wouldn't shut down and then it did ......but I'll be fine.
