It's not. Today it was already going up. Up $.07 from yesterday.

HA!
Just wait. We will see $7-$9 per gallon within the next year, maybe sooner. I guarantee it. However, I do not think it will be due to the spill. I do think that will play somewhat a part in it but I think there will be another reason as well.

I thought it might be to ease people's bitterness over the oil spill and get the public less riled against the oil companies. Not sure.
