You'll never make the Christmas 2011 deadline if you spend so much time and energy playing golf (...will you?).

Congratulations on the sequel
for the neck pain I would recommend popping into an alternative remedy shop and getting some arnica - I hurt my back every now and then and it drastically speeds up healing

pain in the neck is harsh, so its good that you are getting over it.
congratulations on your new book venture, I am very excited to know how it goes, please follow up.
I had no clue who the plymouth brethern were, and that they even existed. I just checked them out a bit, and was amazed at how much goes on in the world that I know nothing about. :)

What a pain in the neck!
My mom used to hang herself in the closet every night for a while, before bed.
It was a traction device that hooked over the closet door, and she would sit hooked into it for a time.
I'm glad you're on the mend!
