It would be discrimination if they let it be known that they were looking for a "spring chicken", but allot of employers now want a more mature employee because they are more experience employees, and they are more dependable/LB

Doesn't sound too bad. But what's this about junior Kindergarten? Is there a senior one? And is there graduation after that, or is Graduate Kindergarten next?
And if you teach kids to wipe their noses in senior Kindergarten, do you have to change diapers at the junior level?
