I'll keep reading... Tzippy. Your story has always intrigued and inspired me.  I've been away from your story, poetry and other creative posts far too long.

Hi Tzippy
catching up with you!  America is soooooo big!  I go through this every time I go back and I am nearly fifty!  It is awesome, coming from compact Japan.  But it is also very apparent that there is nothing for me in the big country any more!

Anticipation and disappointment -- well told.
And the way everything hinges on one tiny fraction of a minute as you get to the house... now we have to know more. Write on!

Wow! I can't imagine how utterly horrifying that odor had to be, what awful timing! To be so stoked to be in America and then the house not being as nice as it looked! I look forward to more, your cliffhanger always gets me ready and keeps me involved with the story! sam
