I too read them as you posted and felt as if I shared your journey to a small extent. It will be a great book and may help someone else coping with that level of caretaking.

I read them all as you posted and it is worthy of a book! I know what you mean because he suffered so at the end! I know you miss him but like you said he doesn't hurt any more! sam

Hello skye, that was just beautiful. I read your poem to on the roses too and you cherish such beautiful memories of each other. I am so sure he is keeping watch over you and safe in his care too. Good luck with the poems and your book and I am sure it will all work out well for you. Take care.
