Re: healing touch
It works great when I can get someone to do a session on me. It is hard to do it on myself for total relaxation and pain control. I can work on my joints and balance my chakras. I can't channel energy to myself if overwhelmed.

How does this work for you on problems of your own like the fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome?

A fascinating read luv and I am just very, very tired. They have adjusted my medication to lower my blood pressure but I do think that is part of why I'm tired. Kabu isn't too surprised but my blood pressure is very low and she is checking it now.

I read these very carefully and I am truly trying tolearnbecuase this
healing touch should be somuch a partofour nursing and I think it has become lostin over worked nurses forced to cut corners, time with their patients and too much reliance on drugs and fractioned care. I learned and practiced holistic medicine where I did everything for my group of patients and their physical well being and spiritual well being were of equal importance.
