I love your bird story. Once, I accidentally and unwittingly ruined a robin nest and broke three eggs and I've never forgotten it. I felt so badly about it.

A worm in the hand is worth two in the bush, northsage, didn't you know that? We get the same indulgent behaviour from our bunch - swarm - flight - whatever, of robins. And you are so right - 'ugly' is a very kind description.

O yes, a worm in the mouth does not sound good at all! I love how you have had some very unique experiences watching wild life! I wonder why birds are so ugly at birth and they grow into magnificent creatures! It was very nice of you to return the wheelbarrow and be a good neighbor! This was so descriptive, I could visualize it all! sam

only a parent could love em.
One of my Grandsons had a really rough passage into this world...and after an emergency caesar...he was ...well his little butt was way better looking than his wrinkly old man face....but Oh Sage he was so precious, and just like the birds he is so handsome now reaching for his teens ...and he sings ......
