I found them on line. They are a traditional publisher that does not charge a dime. I had an offer or two of "joint publishing" but did not want to go that route. Publish America takes care of everything, including marketing.

It was very fast. I submitted it and the next day they sent me an acceptance letter. I submitted another story to them too but have not heard back yet.
I actually have not been here because of a car wreck. Someone lost control of their car and came right in front of me.
