This is without doubt
one of the most beautiful poems I have ever read and my face is damp. I particularly loved the phrase: you'll understand then, that like river waters ...
some things are always leaving but never gone.

Wonderful

This was riveting, Marta.  What am I to do with you and your lovely poetry?  I'm running out of adjectives to use for your words and I'm beginning to feel so redundant!  But, what else can I say to something that is beautifully written and can wrench at the heart strings with just a few words?  There's nothing I can say.  You amaze me!

Your poems as so beautfiul
I can't believe I had missed so many as I went back and read over the past weeks.  They always resonant in my heart to my very soul about the wonderful love I miss so much. Many Blessings:)

some day
This poem gets at feelings I never hoped to see expressed in words.  Very remarkable and memorable love poem!  (In the opinion of this admiring reader, the last line is not needed;  the next- to-last line is a perfect ending).

I think that many of us come to this sort of understanding at some point in our lives or at the very least come to accept it.
