Walking on grass with no shoes on is great. Also smelling freshly cut grass it's a perfume they should bottle for the senses.

I am always willing to listen to advice and as my so called lawn is only about six inches high and I have to take a cleansing walk through it to feed my one and only goose, perhaps I do gain an unknown benefit. I admit it does look verdant and rather beautiful compared to a crew cut on a lawn. Sorry I cannot do your beach thing it make my toes feel cold.
