That's a crazy weekend!
But to see Les Mis I'd be right there with you. I saw it in London in '07 when we were living in Scotland...at least I think that's when it was and it was superb. The first time I saw it was in Toronto and Colm Wilkinsin played Jean Valjean...it was totally amazing!!!

that sounds like a hectic weekend, but I guess that is the price of a full life and talented children

My goodness Malcom you are a mobile family which side does the talent come from. I remember when the lads started courting the girls in a nearby village all peddling away on their old bikes as I was coming home from work at about seven in the evening.

Oh my goodness I can remember how it was being a young parent and needing to go four ways at once both loving it and often hating it because of having to meet impossible demands. You bring back such wonderful memories with my children.

Rain can really hamper momentum and plans. Fantastic for Claire ~ and you are a busy daddy - dancing and then football game ~ I'm hoping Christian's back will be okay. Sometimes sports can be too rough (but I'm just a Mommy) - and awesome you saw the concert Les Miserables ah but you did have one mad weekend. FULL --- and yes, I agree - time to 'rest and recoup' - back to work

Malcom
I've said this time and time again but when you write about your life I always think you have such a full, loving, and rich life.

A busy weekend with your wonderful family
We had a strange football game here in TN. TN made a touchdown in the last seconds of the game to win. The referee called a penalty stating TN had too many men on the field. The other team got the ball and ran it in for a touchdown. Since there was no time on the clock, the game was over and TN lost their win. How strange is that?
