My goodness, I must have this recipe! Ad, I just read that milk is a good pick me up drink for good moods but it must not be more that 8 ounces per serving and spread throughout the day! I was going to give it a whirl. It is also interesting that my daughter has done this all her life and is a bubbly happy little girl! And now I know why, lol, too coo, too! sam
This is a glass of milk in a yellow mug! lol
