- Go to The Sun and the Flower
The poem strikes a chord with me since I have taken a liking to purple flowers this year and to sunny summers and autumns.

Amen! Wonderful correlation; plant a seed no matter the kind and let it grow! Wonderful imagery and I love how you tied it all together, too! Love you like a bloom in full sun! Your sam

Shobana, life and nature - should always complement in everything and I see you know this by heart...

~ I have a few bougainvillaeas in my gardens here...they do well in this climate. I love that flower and I adored this poem. Have a great day --- xoxoxo Elyse

As far as I know, bougainvillaea do not habit the midwest. The first time I ever saw them in bloom everywhere was in Phoenix and I was 16 and I fell in love with them. I still don't see them here but the are profuse in FL where son lives and other places I go. I am still in awe when I see them.

Profound observation Shobana... I got several of those in my garden... not purple though... though I have seen them around, they are beautiful. Mine are some fushia and some yellow . Great job! xoxoxo

So that's the way it works Shobana. Well a lovely explanation, I hope that you carry a flower as you go to work on a sunny morning.
