I wouldn't mind the 24 hour Christmas music
If they just played a wider variety of Christmas songs. It's the repetition of the same songs over and over that drives me nuts.

Y For decades they only played a few a show in the New York area. A couple stations went all Christmas on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day only. Most stayed with their regular format as most still do here. Certainly families appreciate the Christmas format of one or two stations in recent years. We singles can feel sad with it. I will be doing Christmas stories with Musicana. It makes you like the parodies of Bob Rivers. But WHN in New York did go all Christmas in 1967. From 1968 on, including with the country format it did not. WCBS-FM goes back since 1972 with a rock n’rolloldies/traditional Christmas Eve Christmas format. It’s alright with me. However it proves that there could be an easy listening pop station in a market all year. Your feelings are valid Jeff. I understand. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

Jeff, I am behind you 100% on this one. When Thanksgiving comes two of the stations I listen to will play Christmas music nonstop all the way through New Year's. It drives me bonkers too.
