I might try the ultrasonic device if it doesn't bother a small dog. I absolutely hate poison. 2 of our animals died from poison, and it's a horrible death.

Well you seem to be mastering your new camera really well. 
Humane mouse traps are available from your local pet shop or over the internet and then you let the mice go 3 miles from your home in a park, wooded area or green space away from where you live. If you have trouble with mice though you are better off getting the plug in ultrasonic mouse deterrants that stops you getting mice at all. I can't use one because you can't use it if you have hamsters, and we do. This site below will give you more info as you are in America it's for Americans.
But a lot of people are changing to humane mouse traps because the other kind can still leave mice alive but too injured to move so they die a slow death. Check out the link below.
