Re: sam444
The library does not have a drop box. I think that I am going to have to suggest that...

Congratulations for getting the paper done and for adhering to your time line! I knew you would feel good about it once you got through for the oral presentation! Those who have waited to the end will feel the pressure and it will be so unnecessary! I am in agreement that it is good to be busy for an idle mind allows things to enter that would be better served to stay away! I am surprised that the library had not addressed the on line problem. Can you put the books in a drop box on the due date even though it might a bit out of the way. Or if the fine is not huge it would be like giving the library a donation of a sort! But, for me, I detest paying late fees so it probably wouldn't work for me! And,
GO RAVENS! My team lost a game they should have won and so it effectively ends their season! It was a great run, 24 straight, and I am very proud of them! They need to regroup and set new goal and then we shall see what they can accomplish! Thank you for praying for me, this thing is a bit unnerving! I am going to believe it is not serious and like you stay busy so that I don't dwell on what I can't change! sam

Congrats FSI on finishing that paper --- glad you can see a finish. I do believe a writer needs to be challenged as you mention, to grow as a writer. Good assessment. I myself, would rather pay the late charges than worry about it and go out and have some entertainment, you deserve the 'break'...
and yes, sometimes 'busy' is the best...this I know; oh what my mind can dwell on if I don't do 'something' ~ Write on FSI --- enjoy the rest of the weekend; you're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Elyse

I would have been a basket case if I'd gone through that library mess as you did my friend. Good luck.......
