Wasn't sure where this was going at first, and I got confused with a period after each line, which to me means "stop" and look both ways. But if a train ever did this, it would never reach its station. It also gave me the impression of a list of enumeration--something from the outside in ("oh, can I count the ways")--which I had forgoten about because it's been a few decades. But just as I was about to give up, I reached the last lines, I could feel both of us exhaling, and I didnt even know I was holding my breath. Maybe I don't know how to relate to this kind of poem, but I do know something about breathing.

Like the last line as turn-around into the arrow of becheaching becommingness--as if a thought could contain the secret of its possibilities, and alas, to reach this bittersweet truth of why poetry?
