Well how does one live with such loneness only the past has the answer and that is like a flower that blooms freshly at times but remains untouchable.

a beloved voice, even if its only in whspers remembered,
can soothe our souls, at least for a short while...very wistful, Sinome, and very touching.....

That last line makes me really feel the emptiness of that time, I hope that you find beauties and wonders to make it less of a burden sweetie.  The poem is (of course) beautiful in its sadness xoxoxox

It's those very voices we hear......
this time of year.....The passing of another time/age  unit and the birth of a new one.  Each event adding to the burden we carry through life.......

Sad, sweet, empty time...
It needs to be filled with something special, something that will enhance that held sacred to the heart.

sweetly sad we have no stars or moon visible tonight as it is overcast
with heavy cloud coverage...but no snow, meloncholoy weather to go with the mood of your poem.
