I like how you analyze it all FSI ~ weighing it all out and appreciating which is what I read here. I'm glad you're liking your new home ~ Elyse

seems as though you living in a time laps at your new neighborhood, like in the 50's, things were so simple then and people were so much friendlier

That's most important for me too, the feeling of owning one's home is beyond words at times! I think the contractors hitting up folks in what is a presumably older neighborhood is sort of a toss back to the olden days when jobs were scarce and folks did go door to door looking for work! My neighborhood is newer and like your old one for sale signs abound! sam

It sure is great to have a new home in a new neighbourhood, kinda like a new start.

passed us by. Thank you, FSI.

that home ownership is great isn't it...I love looking around and saying...my
home we live here and we own this.
Some day there will be changes in your new neighbourhood. It may very well have children in a few years.

Z My issue was the roofer that didn’t like my redwood and topiary arbor with the cottoneater. The same concept’s in front of a diner. They have a weeping Japannese cherry by an arbor over the sidewalk entranceway. I declined that roofing contractor. BC-A, Bill’s R®st
