Re:
So hard to understand, but I must believe there is a higher meaning; a better place for angels to grow their wings, surrounded by love pure and perfect.
Thank you for reading, Dear Sam.

I was trying to convey exactly that - glimmers of hope -
I appreciate you see such in the poem, Rumor - hard to fathom, I know, how that can be when our hearts are breaking, but it's apparent in nature constantly, in so many ways: from devastation, destruction, tragedy or just unlovely drudge there is rebirth....
hope...and sometimes the former feeds the latter.
Thank you for visiting.

dare we say "Spring is right around the corner."?
another 60 days, give or take...then new life takes over...

...you've captured winter's bleakness well here, Raye..and closed by offering us a glimmer of hope..

So much pain and grief in the world
and even here in our own little world.
I find myself wanting to scream why? I don't understand where this onslaught of loss came from. All I can do is pray that it has finally been enough...what a strange word, enough. Isn't any amount of pain enough?
I'm rambling.
Lovely words, beautifully stated.
