The crazy devil seemed to be over-aggressive and mad; incompetant to be around another's children. There is an ominous suspense here, what did the petty dictator 
do next? It is creepy to hear about the man and what he did to his better's family. You seem to have taken more of your self image from your real father and your own identity.
