how nicely the beauty of a snowfall can cover our soiled
and dirty world....putting a fresh face on everything it touches..

I liked the affirmation that things can be rejuvenated, even if only for a moment! And the imagery was perfectly set up to this point and then the follow up imagery gave the poem great perspective! I read it silently then aloud and it becomes more accentuated when read aloud and I thought that to be very impressive; after all poetry is meant to be read aloud! But some poems do not reach this plateau however so that makes this one a bit more special! sam

Great! I love it. I learned a new word (new to me).
I don't ever remember reading the word "nival" before, so...
of course I googled it. Now I'm going to use it in emails until I'm sure I won't forget it.

The imagery of the snowfall is lovely, and exactly the kind of poem I would fumble to write, so I'm happy to read it.
