My Baltimore Sis called this to my attention this morning and I thought it was very interesting. Her first husband was/is Jewish and was born in one of the concentration camps in Germany right at the end of WWII. He and his mother survived, his father did not. Sis continues to find these things very interesting even though they were divorced when her MIL caused trouble in their marriage.

What a find! I love it, brings back all kinds of memories...As for Blueberry Hill, my favourite version is still Satchmo's...

Lots of good music here. I can remember rocking my baby sister to sleep to the music of, and singing along to
Blueberry Hill. When I think of it, I think of what a cute baby she was. I was 15.

What a great site! It was a head rush of deja vu for me! I went to my birth year and Vaya Con Dos came up, it was eerie because a mentor of mine, who taught me a ton in my field, always signed his correspondence this way! And there were 21 songs highlighted; my number in sports in high school and college! It was almost too much this early in the morning! lol Such a fun treat and I bookmarked it, too! Thanks, I love music from all generations! sammy
