Poor thing, what a drag! You should really reduce the work load, and have a night cap before you go to bed - I find a Scotch or two will settle me down nicely! Of course, right now I've got that other problem...

I read this late last night and I was so stunned I didn't know what to say! But, dang, you need to get something to settle things down when this happens! Or, what the heck, it's aerobics for the heart! Just teasing! My passport photo is a hoot, 'America's Most Wanted' for certain! I had it taken at Rite Aid by my SIL who works there and she couldn't get the camera to darken a dash so I look a bit ghostly, too! lol Since it is a Gov't document I wanted to make sure everything was answered correctly! I had questions on three of their questions! LMAO! One was hair color! I have a mix of gray, white and brown! So she said the color of my hair was what I wanted it to be! So I went with blonde bombshell! LMAO again, not really just grayish-brown! I hope you get this thing under control, I think I would be frightened out of my wits! The Wings have slipped so I hope tonight they can pull one out of the hat so to speak! Have a great evening, too! sam

Like you I believe that everything happens for a reason. Here's hoping that all is well from here on out.

This last year has not been on your side particularly now perhaps as
it settles dwon your body is trying to catch up...you relax and it lets go the tight grip. I have axiety attacks....chronic I am afraid, but these days rare.

Clearly your mind is work well, and the mind-body connection, too.
In this world with all the strains and stresses if none of it got to you, you'd have to be high or stupid, and neither of those adjectives applies.
