Go you! you know I have been doing quite well watching the sugar! even in my coffee! I have recently started Zuma! And I am on a treadmill! It costed around $ 300.00 on Amazon. It better work. We will all get there! Thank you for the Inspiration! You are wonderfully brilliant! Peace and Love..

to do that!! I am not there yet and do not know how you did it.
The RR comment was great and for people like me who have vexing conditions that have to be worked out in some way. The stomach; however gets better with exercise and smaller amounts of food in my case, at least.

At the recent funeral service and gatherings, I was quite aware of protruding/bulging tummies because they were on people that I had not seen for a long, long time, and who were svelte and in good condition in younger days--both men and women. I was also quite aware of gray hair, bald heads, wrinkles, spectacles, and other changes. I'm sure they were thinking similar thoughts about me.
