well that was yesterday and today i received a gift in the mail....yeah....
candy and chocolate.....sigh.
tomorrow darlin for me will have to be another beginning...now where is that box...just one more fruit square popped into ...and perhaps one of those chocolate!!!!!!!

Well now you can carry on doing your diet correctly. If you crave something sometimes you are lacking a particular vitamin or some such thing.

Forgetting it some, and going on may be best. Remember when you had control and dwell on that. Finding a pattern I can manage helps me even when I slide, which I still do. Am still working on that, tailoring it to me since I have to do it with my conditions and concerns.
