I want to be the cat; it seems like a wonderful thing to be oblivious of events at times! Great Haiku, too! Shelly

Nice little verse. Ah, a day in the life of a cat. Mine knows history as soon as I get out the can opener.

Cats do love their sunny windows. I used to watch Rover (my next-door neighbor's cat) and he was always so still in the window that for ages I thought he was a cat statue.

He is the smart one :-) the cat I mean... not knowing and not caring, content to sit in his warm cozzy spot :-) Great Haiku, It placed me there... watching the string of dust and the cat on your window sill xoxoxo

Lovely!

Like your logical suggestions about the cricket gear/rules!! But it's exciting to see the running between the wickets!
