diets are tricky, aren't they? I find it easier to add exercise than it is to remove food

The key is to bounce back from one's setbacks.

I loved the prayer! And there will be setbacks until you are fixed in a blissful routine in my humble opinion! I know your plight for I have days when I can't get three meals in me, but I am not deterred and go right back at it the next day! I do pretty good for the first two meals but by the third one I am so full I can't stand it! I have never liked food in my stomach! I like the idea of a blissful day and night! sam

Good prayer, Tzippy. Don't beat yourself up, there are plenty of other people to do that! Anyway, you need to count the calories over a whole week, not just one day. then you'll probably find you even out really well. Good luck - thinking of you.
