I guess it's whatever works. I find there is too much emphasis being put on the 'slim'. As long as it's not damaging your health, weight is okay in my book.

we have more changed our life style but we need some exercise as well
looking forward to the garden as a nice pleasant way to gently exercise. Soon now i am sure...it can't stay cold here much longer.

I think balanced meals are the key! I got you e-mail and I will go about things as you said; it might be the best route for me! I ate twice today and it feels so much better than trying to get three in me! I am usually done with food intake after lunch; I just handle eating after that! sam
