I am very happy for you for the tingle that brings about a zest for life! I think there will setbacks and odd things you will eat but your transition is a marathon and not a dash; the point being that one must ever strive to move forward and remain focused until it becomes a way of life! sam

I loved your blog! the Buddah quote... the painting... lovely and your writing engaging as always...
